Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour (PAYE)

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Saturday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm

13 hours per week

Contract: Temporary Holiday Cover (with the potential for future assignments)

About the Role

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious high street banking site in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for regular part-time hours within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning office, customer and communal areas
  • Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
  • Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
  • Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Locking and securing the premises where required
  • Following all site health and safety procedures

Essential Requirements

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience
  • Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to meet Barclays pre-employment compliance requirements, including:
    • Right to Work in the UK
    • Employment history verification
    • Adverse financial check
  • Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker
  • Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required
  • Must use the client's telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
  • Reliable, trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail
