Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cleaner to work at professional banking premises in Maghull, Liverpool. This is a long-term temporary position covering an ongoing vacancy, ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time afternoon work.
Duties
- General cleaning of offices, communal areas and facilities.
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and sanitising desks, surfaces and touchpoints.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Cleaning toilets and replenishing consumables.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and complete all cleaning tasks to a high standard.
- Follow site health and safety procedures.
- Use the telephone-based time and attendance system.
- Undertake keyholder duties and operate alarm systems where required.
- Ensure the premises are left clean, tidy and secure.
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual and comfortable working alone.
- Basic DBS check required (no adverse credit check).
- Must provide valid right-to-work documentation.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and site security procedures.
