Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour PAYE
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am – 9:30am
Total Hours: 5 hours per week
Job Description
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to work at a high street bank in Perry Barr, Birmingham.
This is a part‑time morning cleaning position offering 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises and must be comfortable working independently.
Duties
- General cleaning of banking and office areas.
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Cleaning desks, counters and other surfaces.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and communal areas.
- Replenishing cleaning consumables when required.
- Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and presentable.
- Following site security and health and safety procedures.
