We are recruiting a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site in Portree. This is an evening cleaning position working two hours per day, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will work independently and must be comfortable taking responsibility for securing the site where required.
Duties
- General cleaning of offices and communal areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Wiping and sanitising surfaces
- Replenishing consumables where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Following site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction
- Comfortable with lone working
- Comfortable being a key holder
- Able to operate an alarm panel where required
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Able to commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern
- Must use the site's telephone time and attendance clocking system

Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour
