Part-Time Cleaner – Peterborough

Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cleaner to work at a government office in Peterborough.

This is a long-term temporary position, ideal for someone with previous commercial cleaning experience who is looking for consistent early morning working hours.

Duties

• - Cleaning offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.
• - Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• - Dusting and sanitising desks, surfaces and high-touch areas.
• - Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• - Replenishing washroom supplies.
• - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• - Working independently and completing all allocated cleaning duties.
• - Following site health and safety procedures.
• - Using the mandatory telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system.
• - Following site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation where required.
• - Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated shift.

Requirements

• - Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• - BPSS Clearance Required: Candidates must be willing and able to complete Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) screening.
• - Must provide valid Right to Work documentation at induction.
• - Must be comfortable working alone.
• - Willingness to act as a key holder and operate an alarm system if required.
• - Ability to use a telephone-based attendance system.
• - Reliable, punctual and available for early morning shifts.
