Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaner to work at a primary school in Nottingham, NG8 3EP.
This is a temporary position providing long-term sickness cover, starting on 2nd November 2026 and running until 31st December 2026.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)

Duties
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors and communal areas.
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Wiping down surfaces and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Ensuring all designated areas are clean and ready for the school day.
RequirementsAn Enhanced DBS check with the relevant Children's Barred List check is required for this position.Candidates must hold the appropriate Enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to undergo the required checks before commencing employment.Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally within a school or educational environment.Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.Good attention to detail.Eligibility to work in the UK.
ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a clean, safe and hygienic school environment.Following site cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures.Using cleaning equipment and products safely.Completing all allocated cleaning tasks within the required shift.Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the site supervisor.
