Overview
Location: Northampton, United Kingdom
This is a full-time, temporary role offering a mix of office and home working. Hybrid working available at £25 per hour (Inside IR35).
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37 hours per week). Based at One Angel Square and Westbridge. Up to 3 days per week working from home, depending on meetings and business needs.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing energy performance across a portfolio of properties, helping to reduce consumption, improve efficiency and support sustainability targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing energy usage across sites
- Identifying cost-saving and energy efficiency opportunities
- Supporting carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives
- Managing energy data, reporting and compliance
- Working with contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver improvements
- Supporting energy-related projects across the estate
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Energy Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of energy management and compliance
- Experience working across multiple sites or estates
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Inside IR35 role
