Overview

Location: Northampton, United Kingdom

This is a full-time, temporary role offering a mix of office and home working. Hybrid working available at £25 per hour (Inside IR35).

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37 hours per week). Based at One Angel Square and Westbridge. Up to 3 days per week working from home, depending on meetings and business needs.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing energy performance across a portfolio of properties, helping to reduce consumption, improve efficiency and support sustainability targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and analysing energy usage across sites
  • Identifying cost-saving and energy efficiency opportunities
  • Supporting carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives
  • Managing energy data, reporting and compliance
  • Working with contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver improvements
  • Supporting energy-related projects across the estate

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Energy Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of energy management and compliance
  • Experience working across multiple sites or estates
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Inside IR35 role
