We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Cleaning Operative to work within a secure banking environment in Northampton. This role is to provide holiday cover and would suit candidates with previous commercial cleaning experience who are comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office and banking hall cleaning
  • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Cleaning washrooms and staff welfare facilities
  • Emptying waste and recycling bins
  • Sanitising high-touch surfaces
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Following all health & safety procedures and site security protocols
  • Opening, securing and locking premises where required
  • Working independently in a secure environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work confidently as a lone worker
  • Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliability
