Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to support a busy corporate banking facility in Westcliff-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced building services engineer looking for a long-term temporary assignment within a professional commercial environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
Pay Rate
- £22.00 per hour PAYE
Duties Include
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
- General building fabric repairs
- Fault finding and basic diagnostics
- Supporting site compliance and health & safety procedures
- Working on lighting, HVAC, plumbing and general building systems
- Liaising with subcontractors and site teams where required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role essential
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications preferred
- Experience within commercial buildings or FM environments desirable
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Reliable with strong communication skills
- Right to Work in the UK required
