Multi-Skilled Electrician / Engineer

£23.00 – £26.00 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella)

Full-time, long-term temporary

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrician / Engineer to work at a high-profile commercial office site in Central London. This is a long-term temporary role covering sickness, offering strong continuity of work.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the role:

You will be responsible for delivering both electrical and general building maintenance across a busy corporate site, ensuring all systems are safe, compliant and fully operational.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Responding to reactive maintenance issues
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Supporting general building maintenance tasks (multi-skilled)
• Monitoring and maintaining building systems
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
• Experience within commercial office environments preferred
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and professional approach
