This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer with strong building services and maintenance experience looking for a full-time temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical building services and associated equipment.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and electrical faults across the site.
- Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to minimise downtime.
- Maintain electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and control systems.
- Carry out minor mechanical and general building fabric maintenance where required.
- Complete statutory compliance checks and ensure all maintenance records are accurately updated.
- Work closely with the facilities management team to deliver a high-quality maintenance service.
- Liaise with contractors and site personnel to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work complies with current Health & Safety legislation and site procedures.
- Recognised Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
- Previous experience working as a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer within facilities management, commercial buildings or industrial environments.
- Experience carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Experience working within corporate office or commercial environments.
- Testing and Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent).
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS).
- IPAF and/or PASMA certification.
- General mechanical and building fabric maintenance skills.
