Job Overview Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Contract Support Coordinator to join a leading facilities management organisation based in Manchester.
This is a full-time temporary position for approximately three months, providing essential administrative, financial and operational support to a busy facilities management contract.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and previous experience working in an administrative or contract support environment.
Previous experience using Maximo CMMS would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the facilities management team.
Respond to client enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
Raise, monitor and update work orders using internal systems.
Generate reports relating to open and completed maintenance work orders.
Liaise with engineers, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers regarding outstanding works.
Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and financial records.
Maintain accurate contract documentation, supplier records and departmental files.
Coordinate subcontractor documentation and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality requirements.
Support the management of contract performance and service delivery.
Assist with identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
