We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a high-end corporate catering team based in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional kitchen environment within a prestigious office setting.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting with stock control, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
- Ensuring all food is presented to a high standard
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Experience within corporate, hospitality, or high-volume catering environments
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (essential)
- Good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Right to Work in the UK
- Basic DBS check required
- Full employment history verification required via GOV.UK service
