We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to support a large, professional corporate catering operation based in Canary Wharf. This is a high-standard, secure corporate kitchen environment delivering fresh food at volume. Reliability, professionalism, and consistency are essential.
Key Duties:
- Preparing and cooking food to agreed menus and specifications
- Running a section during service
- Maintaining food hygiene, allergen controls, and health & safety standards
- Supporting senior kitchen staff with preparation and service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
- Corporate or contract catering experience preferred
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (minimum)
- Strong timekeeping and professional presentation
Compliance Requirements (Mandatory):
- Right to Work in the UK
- Basic DBS check
- Adverse credit check
- Proof of employment history via the Government Gateway
