Monday to Saturday, 7:00am – 12:00pm

We are a leadingUK-wide facilities managementcompanylooking for an experienced and motivatedCleaningManagerto lead our cleaning operation at Tesco in Llandrindod Wells.

This is a hands-on management role where you will beresponsible for delivering high cleaning standards, leading and supporting yourteam, and ensuring the site consistently meets both client and companyexpectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage,motivate, and support the on-site cleaning team.
  
• Ensureall cleaning duties are completed to the highest standards.
  
• Carryout regular quality audits and maintain compliance with health and safetyprocedures.
  
• Managestaff rotas, attendance, training, and performance.
  
• Monitorand order cleaning materials and consumables.
  
• Buildand maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
  
• Ensureall company policies and procedures are followed.
