We are a leading UK-wide facilities managementcompanylooking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Managerto lead our cleaning operation at Tesco in Llandrindod Wells.
This is a hands-on management role where you will beresponsible for delivering high cleaning standards, leading and supporting yourteam, and ensuring the site consistently meets both client and companyexpectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and support the on-site cleaning team.
- Ensureall cleaning duties are completed to the highest standards.
- Carryout regular quality audits and maintain compliance with health and safetyprocedures.
