We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join a banking site in Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 6HR. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part‑time work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:30am – 10:00am
- Tuesday: 8:30am – 10:00am
- Wednesday: No work
- Thursday: 8:30am – 10:00am
- Friday: 8:30am – 10:00am
- Saturday: No work
- Sunday: No work
Total: 6 hours per week
Duties
- General cleaning of office and customer areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
- Locking and securing the premises where required
- Following all health and safety procedures
Essential Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- DBS check required
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Comfortable working alone
- Able to work as a key holder
- Confident using an alarm panel
- Willing to use a telephone time and attendance system
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
