About the Role
Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious high street banking site in Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for regular part-time evening work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning office, customer and communal areas
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Locking and securing the premises where required
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to meet pre-employment compliance requirements, including: Right to Work in the UK, Basic DBS check, Adverse financial check
- Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker
- Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required
- Must use the client’s telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail
