Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Lead Concierge to join a prestigious corporate site in Bracknell on behalf of CBRE Limited.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced front-of-house professional with strong leadership skills and a background within corporate, hospitality, or high-end customer service environments.

Location: Jealott’s Hill, Bracknell

Contract Details:

  • Temporary assignment
  • Start Date: 18th May 2026
  • End Date: 18th August 2026
  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:05
  • 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: £19.24 per hour PAYE

Duties will include:

  • Leading the front-of-house concierge service on site
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience to staff and visitors
  • Managing visitor arrivals, meeting room coordination, and reception support
  • Supporting workplace experience initiatives and VIP visits
  • Handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining high presentation standards across reception and communal areas
  • Supporting site operations and facilities teams where required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within concierge, reception, hospitality, or workplace experience roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and visitors
  • Able to work independently and lead by example
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
