Concept Resources is currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to work within a busy corporate hospitality environment in central Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for someone with catering or kitchen support experience looking for ongoing work within a professional site environment.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE

Location: 1 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2LL

Duties Include:

  • Supporting chefs and kitchen teams
  • Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout kitchen and back‑of‑house areas
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock movement
  • Waste disposal and recycling duties
  • Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained

Requirements:

  • Food Safety Level 2 certificate required
  • Previous kitchen porter or catering experience preferred
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
