Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

We are recruiting an experienced Mobile Handyperson to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client premises. The role covers general building repairs and prompt responses to urgent maintenance issues.
Duties
- Complete painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, lock replacements and toilet facility repairs.
- Diagnose faults and respond to urgent building maintenance requests.
- Work with specialist contractors and other engineers where needed.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections and maintenance work.
- Follow health and safety procedures and communicate progress clearly with clients and colleagues.
