About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join a professional office environment in Glasgow City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and is looking for consistent weekday hours.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm
- Friday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
- Additional: 1 hour per day (Monday to Thursday) at a nearby site
- Total: 24 hours plus 4 hours for additional site = 28 hours in total
Key Responsibilities
- General office cleaning
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting and sanitising work areas
- Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness
- Following all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred)
- Be able to complete a Disclosure Scotland check
- Provide proof of your Right to Work in the UK
- Provide a 5-year employment history
- Provide a 3-year address history
- Provide proof of your current address
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Please note: The vetting process must be completed approximately one month before the assignment starts, and full support will be provided throughout the process.
