Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Workplace Host to work within a corporate banking environment in Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with front-of-house, reception, hospitality or security experience looking to work within a modern corporate setting.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE

Location: 120 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4LH

About the Role: This is a hybrid position combining:

  • Corporate reception duties
  • Workplace ambassador responsibilities
  • Front-of-house customer service
  • Security reception support

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment is maintained at all times.

Duties Include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing reception and visitor access procedures
  • Providing workplace and customer support
  • Assisting with meeting room management
  • Supporting building security procedures
  • Handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining high presentation standards across front-of-house areas

Requirements:

  • Previous reception, hospitality, workplace, concierge or security experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Smart and professional appearance
  • Comfortable working within a corporate banking environment
  • Reliable, punctual and proactive
  • Right to Work in the UK required
