We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to support the cleaning and sanitisation of a mobile NHS healthcare unit. This is an important role helping to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for healthcare professionals and patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out thorough daily cleaning duties to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep cleaning and sanitising clinical and non-clinical areas
- Cleaning floors, surfaces, touch points and communal areas
- Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste safely
- Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies as required
- Following infection control procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues to management
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred
- Experience within healthcare, medical or clinical environments would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Right to work in the UK
