We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to support facilities maintenance operations at a large logistics and distribution site in Doncaster. This role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems while supporting the wider maintenance team to ensure the site operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical and building services systems
  • Respond to reactive maintenance issues and system faults
  • Complete small installation works and minor electrical projects
  • Identify and report defects through the client reporting process
  • Update weekly equipment reports and maintenance records
  • Complete and sign off maintenance tasks via PDA or site maintenance system
  • Work alongside subcontractors where specialist works are required
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance
  • Deliver professional service and maintain strong working relationships with site personnel

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Recognised Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Electrical Regulations
  • Experience carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Good understanding of building electrical systems including emergency lighting, fire alarms, power distribution and BMS systems
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
  • Ability to complete maintenance documentation accurately
  • Test and Inspection qualification
  • Experience working in logistics, industrial, or large commercial facilities
  • Experience working with business-critical building systems
  • Strong health and safety awareness
