Mail Room Operative – King's Cross, London – £14.00 per Hour
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Mail Room Operative to work at a prestigious corporate office in King's Cross, London.
This is a full-time temporary position, offering 40 hours per week, with an urgent start required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling deliveries and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the mailroom.

Start Date: ASAP – Immediate Start
End Date: 24th January 2027
Working Days: Monday to Friday (to be confirmed)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (shift times TBC)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Sorting, distributing and delivering incoming mail and parcels.
- Preparing and processing outgoing mail and courier collections.
- Receiving, logging and tracking deliveries.
- Ensuring mail and packages reach the correct departments promptly.
- Liaising with couriers, delivery drivers and internal staff.
- Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing items.
- Handling confidential documents securely and professionally.
- Keeping the mailroom clean, organised and efficient.
- Assisting with general administrative and facilities support duties when required.
