We are recruiting Mill Cleaning Operatives to support a food manufacturing site in Cupar. This is a physically demanding role within an industrial mill environment and is suited to candidates who are reliable, fit, and experienced in factory or production settings.
Duties include:
- Cleaning within a food manufacturing mill environment
- Working in dusty conditions (PPE provided)
- Operating in a noisy environment where alarms may sound
- Lone working for periods, with team support nearby
- Following strict health & safety and hygiene procedures
Working Environment:
- Dusty conditions – masks and eye protection provided
- Noisy environment – ear protection provided
- Mostly lone working, radios supplied
- Site visits available prior to start where possible
Requirements:
- Previous factory or food manufacturing experience essential
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning duties
- Own safety shoes required
- Reliable transport required due to site location
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
