We are recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across sites in and around Crawley. This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone practical, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general landscaping
- Leaf clearance and seasonal grounds maintenance
- Weed control and basic planting
- Keeping sites clean, safe, and well-presented
