We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join a banking site in Cramlington, Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with fixed weekday hours.
Location: 50-51 Town Centre, Northumberland, NE23 6QP
Working Hours:
- Monday: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Tuesday: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Thursday: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Friday: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Total: 10 hours per week
Assignment Dates: 1st August - 17th August 2026
Duties:
- General cleaning of office and customer areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
- Locking and securing the premises where required
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Basic DBS check
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Comfortable working alone
- Able to work as a key holder
- Willing to use a telephone time and attendance system
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
