We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our team at a commercial site in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for regular part-time evening work with the potential for ongoing employment.
Working Hours
- Monday: 5:30pm – 8:30pm (3 hours)
- Tuesday: 5:30pm – 8:30pm (3 hours)
- Wednesday: 5:30pm – 8:30pm (3 hours)
- Thursday: 5:30pm – 8:30pm (3 hours)
- Friday: 5:30pm – 8:30pm (3 hours)
Total: 15 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of commercial premises
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning offices, kitchens, washrooms and communal areas
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Locking and securing the premises where required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker
- Able to work as a key holder and operate an alarm system where required
- Right to work in the UK (documentation must be presented at induction)
- Willing to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
