We are recruiting for a Catering / General Assistant to support a busy corporate food service environment in Southampton. This is a short-term assignment covering staff absence, ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation
- Serving customers during breakfast and lunch service
- Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Cleaning down kitchen and service areas
- Replenishing fridges and stock
- Supporting general kitchen operations
- Using till and preparing basic coffees (where required)
