Mobile Cleaning Manager – Bridgend / Talbot Green Region

Pay Rate:£14.50 per hour
Hours:36 hours per week
Days:Monday to Saturday
Shift:5:00am – 11:00am
Start Date:Immediate
Travel:Travelling time paid at your normalhourly rate, with fuel expenses reimbursed upon submission of fuel receipts
We are currently recruiting for an experiencedMobileCleaning Managerto oversee cleaning operations across theBridgend /Talbot Green region.
This is a hands-on mobile management position, andapplicants must haveprevious managerial or supervisory experience withinfacilities management, cleaning or a similar environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and managing cleaningteams across multiple sites within the region, ensuring consistently highstandards are maintained.
Duties will include:
- Managingand supervising cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Travellingbetween sites within the Bridgend / Talbot Green region
- Allocatingduties and ensuring adequate staffing and site coverage
- Monitoringcleaning standards and completing site checks
- Managingstaff attendance, performance and productivity
- Providinghands-on cleaning support when required
- Ensuringcleaning equipment, materials and stock are available
- Maintaininghealth and safety standards
- Reportingand resolving any site issues
- Liaisingwith clients and on-site management
- Ensuringall sites operate efficiently and to the required standards
Requirements
- Previousmanagerial or supervisory experience within facilities management isessential
- Experiencemanaging cleaning teams is highly desirable
- FullUK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the mobilenature of the role
- Strongcommunication and organisational skills
- Confidentmanaging multiple teams and locations
- Reliable,punctual and able to lead by example
- Ableto work5:00am – 11:00am, Monday to Saturday
- Availablefor animmediate start
Travel & Fuel Expenses
As this is a mobile position,travelling time betweensites will be paid at your normal hourly rate. Fuel costs will also be reimbursed upon submission of fuel receipts.
