We are recruiting a part-time Cleaner to work at a government building in Northfield, Birmingham, supporting short-term workload requirements.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 17:00 – 19:00
Total: 10 hours per week
No weekend work
Key Responsibilities:- General cleaning duties in a secure office environment
- Working independently (lone working)
- Opening and securing the building where required
- Use of alarm panel and key holding (training provided if applicable)
- Must be comfortable working alone
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction (mandatory)
- Will be required to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
- This role is subject to site security requirements
- DBS Certificate (Dated within the past 2 years)
- Passport or Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address (Dated within the past 3 months)
- Proof of NI
- If a Non-UK resident a Share Code is needed
- On certain sites further checks will be required: An adverse financial credit check will need to be carried out
- 5 years employment history
