Are you a confident, hands‑on leader who motivates teams and drives results? Our award‑winning client, a leading name in contract packing, is seeking experienced Line Leaders to join their fast‑paced production site in Featherstone. These temp‑to‑perm roles offer long‑term career growth in a dynamic and expanding environment.
Shifts: Rotating weekly – 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm
Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve performance targets
- Ensure all finished goods meet client specifications (SPI)
- Drive production efficiency and meet hourly/daily output plans
- Monitor workflow using the internal management system (Visions)
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Keep accurate digital and paper records
- Support internal and external hygiene audits
- Promote GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and clean‑as‑you‑go principles
- Provide team feedback and liaise with agency controllers
- Set the standard as a role model for best practices
- Monitor and reduce waste wherever possible
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Take ownership of your development through training and hands‑on experience

- Supervisory experience in a production or packing environment, ideally in food or FMCG
- Hands‑on, proactive, and ready to lead by example
