Our client, a busy print manufacturing company based in Normanton, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to support ongoing workload within their bindery department. This is a hands-on role working as part of a production team, offering flexible ad-hoc shifts on either days or nights. The Role
- Loading magazine sections into binding machinery
- Stacking finished magazines onto pallets
- Assisting with general production duties as required
- Supporting the team to maintain workflow and meet production targets
At times, you may be required to work independently, using your own initiative to complete tasks and maintain production standards. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment, so you will need to be comfortable working to deadlines, following procedures and adapting to different tasks.
Shift Availability
- Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:00
- Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00

- Ability to work quickly and safely to meet production targets
- Comfortable following procedures, including scanning of work
