We are seeking an apprentice-trained, experienced fabricator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fabrication industry. The ideal candidate is hardworking, capable of working well in a team and independently, and willing to work at various sites across the UK.
Responsibilities/Duties include:
- Using own initiative for problem solving
- Understanding health and safety regulations
- Flexible approach to out-of-hours work
- Maintaining good timekeeping
- Performing quality checks
- Completing and adhering to RAMS for each project
- Following QMS procedures to ensure ISO 2015 quality standards
- Fabricating (preferred 2 years experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting fabrication/engineering drawings
- MIG and TIG welding
- Experience with the following equipment is desired but not essential, as training will be provided: Overhead crane, guillotine, press brake, radial arm drill, band saw, punch
Adherence to health and safety guidelines is essential. The company is established with a strong order book and solid client relationships.
