Concept Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading providers of high-quality signage and fabrication solutions to recruit a General Labourer. Our client takes great pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient factory environment and are seeking a General Labourer to support factory operations only. This position does not involve the cleaning of toilets, offices, or welfare facilities. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and assisting with day to day activities across the factory’s production areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping and cleaning factory floors, production areas, and walkways.
- Emptying factory bins and ensuring waste is correctly separated and disposed of in designated skips.
- Maintaining clean, tidy, and safe work areas across the factory.
- Assisting across all factory departments as a General Labourer when required.
- Supporting production teams with basic manual handling tasks.
- Working in the yard and assisting with heavy manual tasks as required.
Full training and appropriate PPE will be provided to ensure all duties are carried out safely within the factory environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Willing to carry out factory cleaning and general labouring duties.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
