Concept Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading providers of high-quality signage and fabrication solutions to recruit an experienced Aluminium Fabricator.

You will play a key role in producing and assembling aluminium and steel components to the highest standards of accuracy, durability and finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminium and steel components with precision and accuracy.
  • Carry out MIG work (and TIG where applicable) to ensure strength, durability, and a high-quality finish.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Check completed work meets required standards for quality and durability.
  • Follow internal production processes and update progress where required.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth project completion.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in aluminum fabrication (experience with steel desirable).
  • Skilled in MIG welding (TIG desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexible, dependable, and willing to work overtime when required.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in taking on new challenges.
  • Hands-on and practical, with an eye for detail.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Looking to build a long-term career in the sign making industry.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and compliance in everything you do.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some overtime at weekends. Weekly rotating shift: Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:30 / Monday to Thursday: 13:00-22:00 and Friday: 09:00-13:00.

Pay: £14.50 per hour.
