Hours: Flexible day shifts between 6:00am – 4:00pm, 4 or 5 days per week (39 hours a week)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller (Programmer) to join a well-established engineering company servicing clients across a range of industries including Oil & Gas, Automotive and Aerospace. Key Responsibilities
- Programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machines
- Working with Heidenhain controls
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances
- Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment
- Ensuring machines are running efficiently and safely
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience as a CNC Miller / Programmer
- Strong knowledge of Heidenhain machines and controls
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Experience setting and operating CNC machinery
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience within precision engineering environments
