About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and creative tufter to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality carpets using tufting techniques and tools. If you are a weaver we would also be interested in hearing from you! This will be working x3 night shifts per week - 12 hour shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tufting guns and frames safely and efficiently
- Follow design briefs or create original rug designs
- Select appropriate yarns, colours, and materials
- Finish products (gluing, trimming, backing)
- Maintain tools and workspace
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of fabrics and yarn types
