Our award-winning client, a leading name in contract packing, is seeking Senior Production Operative/Trainee Line Leaders to join their fast-paced production site in Featherstone. These temp-to-perm roles offer long-term career growth in a dynamic and expanding environment.
Shifts: Rotating weekly 6am 2pm & 2pm 10pm. Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure all finished goods meet client specifications (SPI).
- Drive production efficiency and meet hourly/daily output plans.
- Monitor workflow using the internal management system (Visions).
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Keep accurate digital and paper records.
- Support internal and external hygiene audits.
- Promote GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and clean-as-you-go principles.
- Provide team feedback and liaise with agency controllers.
- Set the standard as a role model for best practices.
- Monitor and reduce waste wherever possible.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of your development through training and hands-on experience.

- Supervisory experience in a production or packing environment, ideally in food or FMCG.
- Hands-on, proactive, and ready to lead by example.
