Concept Recruitment are currently recruiting General / Line Operatives to join a high-performing production team in Telford. Working across a variety of manual and automated production lines, you will help ensure production plans and quality standards are achieved while following strict health, safety and hygiene procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work safely and follow all company Health & Safety procedures, Safe Systems of Work and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Follow packaging specifications and customer requirements
  • Support production efficiency and help ensure hourly and daily production targets are met
  • Follow instructions and guidance from Line Leaders throughout the production process
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and support internal and external hygiene audits
  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and clean-as-you-go housekeeping standards
  • Minimise waste wherever possible
  • Assist with the training and development of new starters
  • Act as a positive role model and promote best-practice behaviours
  • Carry out other reasonable duties within the scope of the role

Working Environment

This is a chilled production environment maintained below 5°C, so suitable protective clothing must be worn. Gloves and an overcoat are provided.

  • £13.28 per hour
  • Overtime: £19.02 per hour after 44 hours
