Are you a confident, hands-on leader who motivates teams and drives results? Our award-winning client, a leading name in contract packing, is seeking experienced Line Leaders to join their fast-paced production site in Featherstone. These temp-to-perm roles offer long-term career growth in a dynamic and expanding environment.

Shifts: Rotating weekly – 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm

Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve performance targets
  • Ensure all finished goods meet client specifications (SPI)
  • Drive production efficiency and meet hourly/daily output plans
  • Monitor workflow using the internal management system (Visions)
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Keep accurate digital and paper records
  • Support internal and external hygiene audits
  • Promote GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and clean-as-you-go principles
  • Provide team feedback and liaise with agency controllers
  • Set the standard as a role model for best practices
  • Monitor and reduce waste wherever possible
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Take ownership of your development through training and hands-on experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Supervisory experience in a production or packing environment, ideally in food or FMCG
  • Hands-on, proactive, and ready to lead by example
  • Strong communication and team management skills
