We are looking for experienced powder coaters to work with our client, a well-established sheet metal manufacturing company producing high-quality components and finished products for a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sheet metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts.
  • Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Apply powder coatings to achieve high-quality finishes.
  • Monitor coating thickness and finish quality.
  • Load and unload curing ovens.
  • Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.
