Sales Development Representative Leeds | £30,000 Basic + £10,000 OTE | Permanent Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm (early finish every Friday) Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and developing new business? We're recruiting for a growing organisation looking to add a Sales Development Representative to its commercial team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, engaging with potential customers and playing an active role in business growth. The Role You'll support business growth by identifying potential customers, making initial contact and developing new relationships. Your responsibilities will include: * Identifying and researching potential business customers. * Making outbound calls and contacting prospective clients. * Using a range of communication channels to generate interest. * Building relationships with new contacts and identifying potential opportunities. * Following up on enquiries and maintaining regular communication. * Keeping customer information and activity records up to date. * Working towards individual and team performance targets. * Supporting colleagues in developing new business opportunities. About You We're looking for someone who is motivated, personable and confident communicating with people. You'll ideally have: * Experience in sales, lead generation, customer service or another customer-facing role. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * A professional and confident telephone manner. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * A proactive approach and the motivation to achieve targets. * The ability to build rapport and develop positive working relationships.
