About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Sorter to join our Client, based in Leeds LS11. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting packaging materials and finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect packaging products for defects, damage, and quality issues.
- Sort acceptable and non-conforming products according to company procedures.
- Remove defective items from the production line.
- Record inspection results and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow health and safety policies and company procedures.
- Work closely with production staff to help maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality.
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
