Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our distribution client based in LS19 to recruit a number of Picking and Packing Operatives. These are temporary roles which will become permanent for the right candidate.
PLEASE NOTE: Our client works on a 4-week rotating shift pattern, and you must be able to work all of the following shifts:
- Shift 1: 4am to 1pm x 4 weeks
- Shift 2: 10am to 7pm x 4 weeks
- Shift 3: 7pm to 4am x 4 weeks
Role responsibilities:
- Accurately picking, packing and palletising
- Preparing and completing orders with a high level of accuracy
- Ensuring delivery times are delivered against company set targets
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times
You will need:
- Previous experience of picking and packing using pick sheets and/or a handheld scanner
- Good communication skills and time management
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
