Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our distribution client based in LS19 to recruit a number of Picking and Packing Operatives. These are temporary roles which will become permanent for the right candidate.

PLEASE NOTE: Our client works on a 4-week rotating shift pattern, and you must be able to work all of the following shifts:

  • Shift 1: 4am to 1pm x 4 weeks
  • Shift 2: 10am to 7pm x 4 weeks
  • Shift 3: 7pm to 4am x 4 weeks

Role responsibilities:

  • Accurately picking, packing and palletising
  • Preparing and completing orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Ensuring delivery times are delivered against company set targets
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times

You will need:

  • Previous experience of picking and packing using pick sheets and/or a handheld scanner
  • Good communication skills and time management
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
