Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our LS12 based client to recruit an Office Junior Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. Our client has been based in Leeds for more than 50 years and are looking for someone to support the day to day administration duties of the team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a small team setting as well as being a long term career opportunity.

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Manage incoming calls with excellent phone manner, directing inquiries, as necessary
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory management
  • Utilise Microsoft Office package for document creation, scheduling, and communication
  • Invoicing
  • Support financial processes by entering data into our bespoke office package and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Organise files and maintain an orderly filing system for easy access to information
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office productivity

You will need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Excellent and professional phone skills to communicate with customers and suppliers
