We are working with our long standing client based in LS12 to recruit an experienced Administrator on a temporary, ongoing basis. Working in the sales coordination team, this role could become permanent for the right candidate.
Duties will include providing administrative support to the sales coordination team, answering and transferring incoming calls, working daily on MS Excel spreadsheets, keeping accurate records and responding to emails.
Suitable applicants must have previous administrative experience, confident communication skills (both written and verbal) and be competent in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables etc.).
