Location: On-site (Contract Packaging Facility) Shift: 2pm - 10pm About the Role We are looking for an organised and reliable On-Site Recruitment Administrator to join our team at a busy contract packaging facility. Working closely with the recruitment and site management teams, you will help support the day-to-day staffing requirements of the site. This will include communicating with workers, assisting with onboarding and registrations, maintaining records and helping to ensure shifts are adequately covered. This is a hands-on administrative role suited to someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable working in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day administrative support for recruitment and staffing requirements * Communicate with workers regarding shifts, attendance and general queries * Assist with worker registrations, screening and onboarding * Support inductions and ensure required documentation is completed * Help coordinate shift cover and replacements when required * Maintain accurate records of attendance, shifts and worker information * Liaise with recruitment and site management teams regarding staffing requirements * Assist with absence reporting and follow up where required * Ensure worker records and right-to-work documentation are kept up to date * Use spreadsheets and internal systems to maintain accurate information * Provide general administrative support to the on-site recruitment function About You * Previous experience in recruitment, administration or a similar role would be beneficial * Good organisational and administrative skills * Confident communicating with workers, colleagues and managers * Able to work in a busy environment and manage changing priorities * Good attention to detail * Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets and internal systems * Reliable, approachable and willing to get involved * Previous experience within recruitment, manufacturing, logistics or a similar environment would be an advantage What We Offer * Varied role within a busy operational environment * Training and support provided * Opportunity to develop your experience within recruitment and administration * Close working relationship with the on-site and recruitment teams * Competitive salary and benefits package
