We’re recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to manage multiple production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll lead teams, drive performance, and ensure quality, safety and efficiency standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and long-term opportunity for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a number of production lines to hit daily volume and efficiency targets
  • Leading, motivating and supporting Line Leaders and production teams
  • Ensuring all work meets quality, food safety and hygiene standards
  • Managing line changeovers, production start-ups and shutdowns
  • Monitoring productivity, waste, stock control and labour performance
  • Using the Vision management system to track production and quality
  • Supporting audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement
  • Training and developing Line Leaders, production staff and new starters
  • Acting as a key holder when required (opening / closing site)
  • Supporting agency staff management and development

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience supervising production lines in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of GMP, quality standards and health & safety
  • Confident using production systems / KPIs
  • Able to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts and cover site opening/close when needed

Shift & Pay Details

  • Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
  • Any 5 days out of 7
  • 37.5 hours per week basic
  • Overtime paid at 1.33x after 37.5 hours
  • £15.79 per hour
  • Temp to perm after 12 weeks for the right candidate

Please note: Due to site location, own transport is essential as there is no public transport available.
